A terrace with an ancient soul capable of making the most of every inch of space. A luxury terrace with an enchanting swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation.
Size is not everything: in order for our terraces, balconies and rooftops to speak of us and be able to accommodate us as we wish, they must be designed in such a way that desires and functionality coexist. We can see this in the Le Giare, where outdoor design was essential to make the most of the 97 square metres of walkable surface area.
Through an in-depth architectural study and a focus on garden design, our intervention allowed this urban terrace to acquire prestige and beauty. And that's not all: given the large surface area, we made sure to divide the space in a manner consistent with its intended use and to provide it with all the comforts that make the terrace a space to be lived in all year round.
Le Giare has been divided into three areas: the dining area, the lounge area and the pool area.
In the dining area we find a custom-made stainless steel outdoor kitchen, equipped with a sink and integrated BBQ with tepanyaki griddle.
The lounge area has been placed in front of the flat's main window so as to represent an extension of the house, to be lived in all year round: shaded by two elegant Ellisse by Pratic, curtains, the area is furnished with two made-to-measure èLUNAPIENA sofas that create a sitting area intended to welcome guests in a green space; the custom-made coffee table incorporating a splendid bio-fireplace creates a relaxing and comfortable setting.
We then move on to the centrepiece of this metropolitan outdoor space: the pool area. The terrace in fact hosts an above-ground swimming pool with a 5-metre counter-current swimming system, where it is possible to practise sports and enjoy free time but also to have fun with the whole family in the open air.
Completing the outdoor furniture is a fresh vegetation that grows luxuriantly in the made-to-measure aluminium planters by èLUNAPIENA: Flower-Pot, Flower-Box, Flower-Chest and Flower-Edge are the models that decorate and delimit this enchanting furnished terrace. To ensure that nothing spoils the fun, the innovative Zan-Zero anti-mosquito system, has been installed on the perimeter to protect the entire area from mosquitoes and insects.
Illuminated by 30 picket spotlights placed in the perimeter planters, the terrace is embellished by two antique amphorae very dear to the client, kept in special aluminium and glass cases specially made by èLUNAPIENA: unique and personal furnishing complements from which this marvellous outdoor project designed and custom-made by our team takes its name.
