Our collaboration has given rise to Maggiolina Verde, an elegant and functional green oasis on the 10th floor in the heart of Milan, where time slows down and every moment is marked by peace and serenity!
Here, the space is divided into different areas thanks to the careful selection and positioning of outdoor furniture, made entirely to measure and customized to meet the architectural and personal needs of customers:
A table with chairs and a “living room” with woven armchairs and modular sofas furnish the large living area of the terrace with simplicity and refinement.
The relaxation area, on the other hand, invites you to take care of yourself, quietly immersed in the elegant Jacuzzi or relaxing on the comfortable hanging armchair.
Maggiolina Verde terrace is entirely covered and protected by aluminum pergolas with adjustable slats and awnings. Despite this, the space is characterized by an open and transparent design thanks to the presence of glass balustrades and a mirrored outdoor cabinet that brings light and greater depth to the environment.
The terrace has been designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for its owners, offering them welcoming social areas in which to share unforgettable moments surrounded by nature.
Furthermore, the modern and minimalist style of the outdoor furniture allows the terrace to blend in perfectly with the surrounding urban landscape.
This little gem of design is framed by Flower Pot planters by èLUNAPIENA. Custom-made and personalized to blend in with the outdoor furniture, they are home to lush vegatation that acts as a natural filter between the city and improves the microclimate of the entire outdoor area.
Finally, the composite wood flooring ensures a safe and durable walking surface for those who enjoy the terrace.
