Optimize: a term that the Above Things project embodies perfectly. The result of a timely and painstaking change of use, this project transformed an inhospitable rooftop-car garage into a multifunctional urban oasis.
In Above Things nature, relaxation and conviviality come together in a modern, designer outdoor environment.
We can identify two main areas: a relaxation area equipped with an above-ground pool, loungers and colorful poufs, and a convivial area with a large, elegant outdoor kitchen, a round table and chairs, and a shade sail that protects the area from the sun.
Framing this relaxing corner, multiple Flower Pot planters of various sizes run around the perimeter of the terrace hosting vibrant and lush green plants.
Behind the outdoor kitchen, on the other hand, we find a wall made of Legno WPC screen panels that serve as both a support for the kitchen and as a privacy screen.
Thanks to its architectural regeneration designed by the architect Marta Pasta, this terrace fully expresses the concept of optimization through the perfect mix of functionality, design and nature.
